Helmand: Military survivors describe their legacy of trauma



The summer time of 2009 was one of many bloodiest months for British forces in Helmand in Afghanistan – 108 army personnel misplaced their lives that 12 months, and scores have been left severely injured.

Ten years on, and the conflict remains to be taking its toll on those that served there, and the households who misplaced family members.
